Refund and Returns Policy – United Knowledge Group (UKG)

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies to memberships and certificates issued by United Knowledge Group (UKG).

Refunds or cancellations are allowed only if requested at least 7 days before the issuance or delivery of the certificate or membership. Once the certificate or membership has been issued and sent, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled issuance or delivery date.

  • Requests made after issuance or shipping are not eligible for refund or return.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or returned:

  • Certificates that have already been issued and delivered

  • Memberships that have already been activated

  • Digital products, downloads, or access to online materials once provided


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at accounts@ukg-ltd.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Membership or certificate details

  • Proof of purchase

Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time to post.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at accounts@ukg-ltd.com .


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for issued certificates or memberships. Only cancellations before issuance are eligible for refund.


Shipping and Delivery

Certificates may be delivered physically or digitally. Once issued and sent, they are considered final and cannot be returned.
