Free Membership Terms – UKG LTD
1. Definition of Free Membership
The Free Membership is a basic membership that allows users to register on the UKG LTD website and obtain a unique Membership ID upon successful completion of the registration process.
2. Free Membership Benefits
- A unique Membership ID
- Inclusion in the list of affiliates
- Permission to state affiliation with UKG LTD
3. Limitations and Permissions
Free members are allowed to:
- State that they are "Affiliated with UKG LTD" only
Free members are NOT allowed to:
- Use the company logo in any form
- Claim to be a certified member or official partner
- Use the company name in advertisements or marketing campaigns
- Represent themselves as an official representative of UKG LTD
4. Use in CV / Resume
Free members may include the following statement:
✔ "Affiliated with UKG LTD"
Free members may NOT use:
✖ "Certified Member"
✖ "Official Partner"
✖ Any title that implies accreditation, endorsement, or authorization
5. Advertising and Marketing
- The use of the UKG LTD name in paid advertisements or promotional campaigns is strictly prohibited
- Only paid members are permitted to use the company name according to their membership level and terms
6. Legal Responsibility
- Free membership does not grant any legal status, authority, or representation rights within UKG LTD
- Any misuse of the company name, brand, or logo may result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action
7. Administration Rights
UKG LTD reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any free membership that violates these terms
- Modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice
8. Upgrade to Paid Memberships
Free members may upgrade to a paid membership to access additional benefits, including:
- Official certification
- Permission to use the company logo
- Eligibility for advertising and promotional activities
