Supplier and service
The supplier is UNITED KNOWLEDGE GROUP LTD, an active private company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16959290). UKG provides private professional personnel certification, assessment, verification and membership services.UKG is an independent professional certification body. Each receiving organisation determines how it will use or recognise a credential under its own requirements.
Price, delivery and language
The total price, currency, applicable tax and included service components are shown at checkout or on the named invoice before payment. Services and credentials are delivered electronically. Official controlled assessment and credential records are in English; Arabic and French public content is explanatory unless expressly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and early performance
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, the applicable period and exceptions are described in the current refund and cancellation policy. If you expressly request UKG to start during that period, a lawful proportional charge may be deducted for work already performed. The right may end after the service is fully performed with the required acknowledgement. Assessment booking, access, attempts, rescheduling and retake rules remain subject to the relevant scheme and policy.
Complaints, appeals and contact
Review the Terms, Privacy Notice, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Complaints Policy and Appeals Policy before purchase. Questions and cancellation requests may be sent to info@ukg-ltd.com. Certification-result challenges must use the appeals process; service complaints use the complaints process.
