AI-assisted processing and human review
How UKG uses automated checks, the limits of those checks and how to request human review.
Purpose and scope
UKG may use rules, automation or configured AI services to support document consistency checks, completeness screening, fraud or integrity signals, workflow routing and administrative prioritisation. These tools support the process; they do not authenticate a passport or qualification at its issuing source unless a suitable external verification provider is expressly used.
No automatic adverse certification decision
An automated mismatch, low-confidence result, integrity flag or missing evidence does not by itself produce a final adverse certification decision. The case is placed into an evidence-required or review status and routed to an authorised person. Final certification controls remain separate from scoring and must follow the applicable scheme and impartiality rules.
Information and logic
Checks may use account details, application answers, document text and metadata, assessment events, security signals and prior workflow records. The logic compares required fields, consistency, configured thresholds and approved rules. Possible consequences are progression, a request for clearer evidence, temporary access restriction or human review.
Your rights and contact
You may ask for an explanation, correct inaccurate information, provide additional evidence, contest a material automated outcome and request human review by contacting info@ukg-ltd.com with your application reference. UKG maintains access controls, logs, testing, change control and risk review for material automation and completes an impact assessment where required.
