Independent Certification Governance
How UKG protects impartiality, assessment quality and confidence in every certification decision.
An independent professional certification body
UKG operates a structured certification system for assessing and recognising professional competence. Each certification is governed by a defined scheme that sets its scope, eligibility routes, competency domains, assessment components, pass requirements and renewal controls.
Impartiality and decision control
Commercial activity, candidate support and partner relationships are kept separate from scoring and certification decisions. Conflicts are recorded and managed, assessors work to controlled criteria, and exceptions are routed to authorised review.
Evidence and verification
Every issued credential is linked to a controlled record and a public verification status. UKG maintains scheme versions, assessment records, complaints, appeals and lifecycle actions to support consistent and auditable decisions.
