Route A: relevant qualification + professional experience · Route B: professional experience · Route C: portfolio / evidence route. The active scheme determines which routes are available and what evidence is sufficient.
Qualification & experience routes: Route A: relevant bachelor/diploma plus at least 12 months training/facilitation experience. Route B: at least 24 months relevant professional experience including documented training delivery. Route C: at least 120 documented delivery hours across the previous 36 months plus a training portfolio and observed-practice evidence.
