Status definitions
- Active: currently valid.
- Expired: validity period ended.
- Suspended: temporarily not valid while a condition is unresolved.
- Withdrawn: credential ended under the applicable lifecycle process.
- Revoked: credential cancelled following a substantiated material ground such as fraud or serious misconduct.
