Scope
This policy applies to UKG personnel, contractors, subject-matter experts, assessors, decision-makers, administrators and candidates to the extent relevant to their role.
Mandatory controls
- Question banks and answer keys are restricted by role.
- Copying, sharing, recording or reconstructing secure exam content is prohibited.
- The platform may log tab changes, focus events, timing anomalies and other declared integrity events.
- Integrity flags require proportionate review; automated flags alone should not automatically determine misconduct.
- Compromised items must be retired, replaced and investigated.
Required records
- Integrity logs, investigations, item exposure records and decisions.
Review and control
This controlled document is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a material legal, scheme, technology, risk or accreditation change. The English master controls; translations must be reviewed after a material English change.
