Scope
This policy applies to UKG personnel, contractors, subject-matter experts, assessors, decision-makers, administrators and candidates to the extent relevant to their role.
Mandatory controls
- UKG identifies threats from ownership, finance, sales, training, relationships, self-interest and familiarity.
- Conflicts are recorded, evaluated and treated before affected activity proceeds.
- Training and certification are organisationally and procedurally separated to the degree necessary to protect impartiality.
- Personnel are prohibited from promising certification outcomes.
- Impartiality performance is reviewed by governance/quality functions.
Required records
- Conflict declarations, risk register, mitigation and review records.
Review and control
This controlled document is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a material legal, scheme, technology, risk or accreditation change. The English master controls; translations must be reviewed after a material English change.
