- Forged or materially misleading evidence.
- Unauthorised copying, sharing or disclosure of secure assessment content.
- Collusion, plagiarism or prohibited AI assistance.
- Attempts to manipulate scores, systems or reviewers.
Possible actions
Actions may include warning, voiding an attempt, temporary restriction, refusal, suspension or revocation, subject to evidence and the applicable appeal route.
