Principle
UKG aims to provide fair access without changing the competence being assessed.
Request process
Submit a request as early as possible through the candidate/support channel with the adjustment requested and any relevant supporting information.
Examples
- Extra time where justified.
- Rest breaks.
- Accessible document format.
- Keyboard or screen-reader compatible access where technically supported.
Each request is assessed individually and recorded.
