Scope

This policy applies to UKG personnel, contractors, subject-matter experts, assessors, decision-makers, administrators and candidates to the extent relevant to their role.

Mandatory controls

  • Suspension is temporary and must state conditions and duration.
  • Withdrawal ends the credential where requirements are no longer met or the holder relinquishes it.
  • Revocation may be used for serious fraud or invalid issue subject to due process.
  • Public verification must reflect the current status promptly.
  • Use of certificates and marks must cease as required after suspension/withdrawal/revocation.

Required records

  • Reason, authority, effective date, notice and public status update.

Review and control

This controlled document is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a material legal, scheme, technology, risk or accreditation change. The English master controls; translations must be reviewed after a material English change.
