UKG has launched the pilot of the UKG AI & SME Skills Initiative. The current service provides a free eight-question AI and digital readiness check, practical recommendations and a verifiable participation certificate.

The pilot is designed to create measurable public-benefit activity and annual impact reporting around beneficiaries, countries, SMEs, resources and activities.
